Busy Season is in effect from March - July

 

During our busy season we need to implement stricter policies regarding appointments & tanning time to ensure everyone receives the best service possible. 

 

Appointments : Will only be made in 30 minute intervals which is a rule we implement all year long. However during our busy season there are a select few beds that we only take appointments for in

1 hour intervals to limit an automatic shutdown from the beds temperature control system. 

 

5 Minute Rule : We enforce a strict 5 minute rule for appointments. If you are 5 minutes late for your schedule time without notifying us we will need to accommodate another client waiting to tan in that unit. 

We allow a max time of 5 minutes before and after your session to get dressed and undressed. 

 

Appointment Cancellation & No Shows : We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to help us accommodate other clients. To avoid any no show fees, please contact us to let us know you are not coming.
